Best known as the ´Paul´ of Peter, Paul and Mary, Noel Paul Stookey is a much beloved American folk revival icon. Starting his career in the mid 50´s, he became involved in the blooming popularity in the late 50´s and early 60´s, of folk music in popular culture as a form of activism. His music is rife with intent. To this day, he continues to put a soulful voice to the words of a troubled time.

A multi-media performance, with the Blue Hill Bach period instrument ensemble, plus Noel Paul Stookey reading the original sonnets in English translation, and Brooklin photographer Dick Leighton's images of spring, summer, fall, and winter.
Violin soloists Lisa Rautenberg, Anatole Wieck, Jude Ziliak, and 2019 Blue Hill Bach Young Artist Fellow YuEun Kim. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
